7 Steps
you can do now to create the
Life you want!

The 7 steps is a  process to reawaken your inner-guidance, tapping into your own
inspiration to lead you toward your desires.

1.
Elimination, Clearing and Releasing. Removing obstacles that are in our way,
negative self-talk, resentments, focusing on what is wrong instead of what is right.
Physically, removing the objects and clutter around us that impedes mental clarity.
Notice how hard it is to think, let alone come up with ideas and solutions, when our
surroundings are chaotic. Clearing reduces stress.

2.
Research. Who am I and what do I want? Discovering what it is we really,
really want and who we really are deep inside. The more we uncover, the more joy and
creativity flows into our lives. Read, contemplate, meditate, and observe your
thoughts! Learning more about yourself gives you more control over your reactions,
and you begin living life more on purpose than ever before. The effects spread to
benefit those around you. You become more compassionate and at the same time
withdraw from activities that don’t serve you. This increases inspiration.

3.
Move with the Cycles. Everything in the world is in a rhythm, waxing and waning
in a steady tempo that we are subject to. If we fight these movements our progress is
hampered. When we learn to detect these cycles in and around us we have an
advantage, we can step into the beat, flow into the energy and feel less resistance to
accomplish our desires. In the physical world there is a reason we sleep when it is dark
and wake when the sun rises. Our bodies are on a natural clock that is tied to the earth.
Eat the largest meal of the day at lunchtime, when the sun is high and your body is most
able to digest it. Learn your own body’s cycles and use them to increase your potential
performance.

4.
Be Aware of Your Point of Power. This is the present moment. It is the only
time there is, right now. The past and future does not exist now. Be aware of the
presence. Remind yourself your power is right now. If you watch your thoughts you will
see that your worry, angst, regret, anxiety—all are about the past or the present. In this
moment, those past and future events causing you pain do not exist. Living in the
present increases peace.

5.
Take Care of Your Home. Your physical body is your most intimate “home”, but
your house is also your home and an extension of that is your environment. Be aware of
how much attention you are giving to your body, listening to it, and nurturing good
healthy habits. Do your best to keep your surroundings in good condition. Better to
have fewer possessions that are in pristine order than a bunch of “stuff” that is in need
of repair. And lastly, do your best to keep your larger environment clean. Good health
fosters ease and happiness.

6.
Remember, Life is Unlimited, Unbounded. We routinely create limits to our
own lives unconsciously, limits to what we can do, have and be. It comes down to our
beliefs, what our family, teachers, people in authority and friends tell us, our own
personal fears, and resistance to change. Remember anything is possible. Capture that
wonderful feeling you had as a child that the whole world is open to you, and your
dreams can come true. Read, watch and listen to that which inspires you. Turn off the
noise that tells you anything different.

7.
Intend Your Next Step. Then commit to it. Once you set an intention your energy
changes. You change. Your thoughts, ideas, and creativity changes; intention changes
everything. Intention goes beyond the physical world into the world of spirit. It is a
prayer sent out to God, the whole universe, everything that is. Once your intention is
out there, the next step is commitment. Truly commit to your intention and take action
every day toward its fulfillment, even if it’s only a small step.
Be careful who you tell of your dreams and intimate goals. Hold them dear. They are
precious, but not as precious as you are.
